Fun course, 2 different 9 holes

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
The course was in pretty good shape. You could tell that some of the greens had recently been punch, and some of the area's around the greens had recently been punched as well. That said, the punches didn't effect much. This course is a blast to play and offers two very unique 9 holes. The front is more open where the bad has a lot of oak trees. The greens were in descent shape as was the fairways and tee boxes, but all have room to improve and I'm sure will as the rainy season arrives.

Fun Course

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful
Course overall was in good shape. The greens were extremely slow. The greens had been punched and sanded atleast a week or two ago. They were coming back very nice and flush, but they were extremely slow from the overgrowth of the growback. A couple greens had some issues where someone had decided to try and ruin them in the middle of the night. Most of the tee boxes were in good shape, and flat as well. The fairways were in good shape as well, not great, but good. A few areas should have been marked as ground under repair from either poor drainage or heavy rains. The sand traps are not even sand, but hard dirt. Overall the course is fun and enjoyable to play. It offers differing degrees of difficulty and the option to try different types of shots. It entices you with short Part 4's to go for it on the driver, but narrow landing spots tell you otherwise.

Tough Greens

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
For anyone looking for variety in a golf course, North Shore's front nine (Modern Nine) and back nine (classic nine) offer two very different 9 holes of golf. I haven't played this course in a while but I must say in was in beautiful shape. From tee to green this course played beautifully. WE were the first tee time of the day so naturally the greens were a little slow in the morning as they were covered with dew. However, as the day went on, the greens dried and absolutely came alive. The pin placements were tough and due to the undulations and quickness of the greens if you weren't careful, you'd end up three putting quite easily. There were a couple of greens that if you came up short, you'd roll all the way off like US Open greens. Get out and enjoy.

Great Orlando Golf Course

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful
Very tough course. Every green had significant undulation and was tough to read. All in all a very good course with two different layouts comparative from front nine to back. I would most definitely check this course out. $42 for Sunday morning. One of the top golf courses I have played in the Orlando, Florida area.

Course Ratings

Pros Course was in absolutely fantastic shape. Tee boxes were flat and well manicured. Fairways and rough were well kept all throughout without any dry or dead spots on the entire course.
Cons The greens were in great shape but there were an unusual amount of unrepaired ball marks on every single hole.
